Whether you're a freelancer, digital nomad, or just need a focused space away from home, our coworking desks offer a calm and productive atmosphere. Our coworking area is perfect for solo deep work or quiet collaboration — with just the right balance of focus and friendliness.

A chill zone

Sometimes, the best ideas happen on a sofa. Our chill zone is the heart of Brac Base — a cozy, welcoming space to take a break, connect with others, or just breathe. This is where work-life balance lives. Think of it as your living room — only better.

Workshop space

Brac Base transforms in the evenings and weekends into a vibrant creative and event space.

Our workshop room is flexible, with movable furniture, a projector, and space for up to 20 people. It's also available for hire if you want to bring your own event to life.
